Upon receipt of the NDA bidders will be granted access to the full ITT ***PLEASE NOTE*** TUPE will apply to this procurement. Please be advised that two current employees are members of the Railway Pension Scheme (RPS) and have been in continuous employment in the Railway Industry since before 1993. This means that they have a legal right under the Railways Act 1993 to be members of the Railway Pension Scheme, or (effectively) an identical scheme. This is important to note, this is not the normal TUPE right, this is an additional right.
